Kolkata’s most popular hangout spot, already known for its perfect ambience and vast range of delicacies, has just dropped its all new festive menu to make December a lot more fun.
Especially curated for the winter season, the dishes promise a burst of flavours for the foodie in you. They are excited for the euphoria this menu has already created amidst its people and are looking forward to serving it to you all. For those still unaware (why and how?) Any authentic Bengali meal is unimaginable without fish, so keeping that in mind, let us introduce Canteen’s fish menu: Rawa-fried Pomfret, Tandoori Pomfret and BhapaIlish with Ghee & Peas Pulao, flavours and dishes bound to knock you out. Next on the menu are fusion favourites like, Murg Malai Caesar salad, Tuna Watermelon Canapes, Lebanese Pita Pockets, Corn-Crusted Balinese Chicken Popsicle, Tandoori Pork Belly, Tai Pai Chicken, Pork Hot Dogs, Korean Style Crab Claws, Crispy Crab Claw With Wasabi Mayo, Filipino Braised Pork Nigiri Sushi and Brick Grilled Chicken.
A special mention has to be of their Bengali Style Gondhoraj Chingri, a Chingri malaikari with a twist on kaffir lime, a dish guaranteed to make you fall in love with Canteen all over again.
